Work Hours: Flexible (38-hour week)

Workdays: Monday – Friday (full time) with potential for occasional weekend work

 

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance through proper handling and recordkeeping.

• Manage store presentation and stock levels to deliver an appealing retail offer.

• Deliver exceptional customer service with product guidance and efficient processing.

• Oversee stock forecasting and ordering to maximize availability and minimize waste.

• Support retail operations including order processing and fulfillment.

• Prepare and sell in-store food items like rotisserie meats and pâté.

• Lead, train, and roster staff to meet business goals and maintain staff well-being.

• Communicate clear work plans and schedules for effective team productivity.

• Contribute to promotional events that engage customers and motivate staff.
