Are you a skilled and passionate Chef ready to take on a unique opportunity in the stunning Snowy Mountains? We're currently seeking a reliable and motivated Level 3 Chef to join a dedicated team on a 6-month assignment in Jindabyne, with exciting potential for long-term opportunities.
About the Role:
- Shifts: Thursday to Saturday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm or 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (subject to operational needs)
- Monday to Friday roster from August 2025
- Award penalties apply to weekend and overtime hours
- Stand-down period during school holidays
- Sponsorship potential from March 2026
- Possibility to transition to a salaried position in 2026
- Trade-qualified Chef with Level 3 credentials (or equivalent experience)
- A team player with excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain high standards under pressure
- Previous experience in a café or bistro-style kitchen preferred
