My client is seeking an experienced and driven Chief Operations Officer to lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality services across all aspects of Residential Aged Care. About the Role:
As a Chief Operations Officer, you will be responsible for managing multiple service leaders and their teams, ensuring excellence in care, compliance, staff engagement, and operational performance. You will be instrumental in .
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day service delivery
- Mentor and support Service Leaders to ensure consistent, high-quality support services
- Drive compliance with in Residential Aged Care and internal quality standards
- Act as a senior escalation point for incident management, WHS compliance, and property matters
- Build and nurture key external relationships with referral sources and support providers
- Champion a values-based culture, aligned with participant-centred care principles
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing service delivery teams
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in leadership within health, or related field
- Strong understanding of residential Aged Care practice standards and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and change management skills
- Strong critical thinking and decision making
