My client is looking for an Administration Coordinator to join their team and play a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
About the Role This position is central to the day-to-day operations of the market. You’ll be responsible for coordinating administration, supporting stallholders and customers, and helping ensure everything is ready for market day.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing stallholder applications, registrations, and compliance documents
Coordinating schedules, rosters, and communications
Assisting with invoicing, payments, and financial record keeping
Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries from stallholders and customers
Helping with market-day logistics and providing admin support onsite when required
Assisting with social media, newsletters, and community engagement activities
About You
You’re someone who enjoys variety in your work and thrives in a busy, people-focused environment. You have:
Strong administration and organisational skills
Great communication and customer service abilities
Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital platforms
The ability to work independently and as part of a small, friendly team
Flexibility to assist on occasional weekends (market days)
