About the Role

As the Team Leader Psychologist, you will oversee a team of allied health professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality psychological support and services. You will play a key role in mentoring and supporting your team, managing clinical caseloads, and driving best-practice standards.
  • • Leading, supervising, and supporting a team of psychologists and allied health staff
  • • Providing clinical oversight, case reviews, and professional guidance
  • • Managing a small caseload of clients, delivering evidence-based interventions
  • • Ensuring compliance with ethical and legislative requirements
  • • Contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives
  • • Building strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders

About You

  • • Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
  • • Demonstrated experience in a leadership or senior clinician role
  • • Strong clinical skills across a variety of therapeutic approaches
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • • The ability to mentor, support and inspire a team
  • • Strong organisational and time management skills
